OWNERSHIP

Paramonte is an exclusive Private Residence Club whose owners will hold the key to a world of gracious vacation and leisure living. Ownership rights are evidenced via a deeded, fee simple, 1/8th interest in a vacation residence. Owners will also hold a common interest title to a proportionate share of the Paramonte common property. Deeded ownership provides owners with the security and advantages of owning ultra-prime resort real estate in Cordillera.

USE & ENJOYMENT

• Reserved Time Reservations:
  Paramonte owners may pre-reserve a minimum of six weeks of use annually at a Paramonte Residence.
  
  Each owner will reserve time by means of a rotating priority reservation system. The reservation system has been designed for ease of use and equitable distribution of inventory. The reservation process is both simple and fair and precludes any owner from having an advantage within the system. A Paramonte reservation counselor will always be available to assist owners in securing reservations.
  
  
• Space Available Time Reservations:
  Owners can access Space Available Time in addition to their six weeks of Reserved Time. Again, a simple and equitable system will allow Paramonte owners to access un–reserved time on a space available basis. Space Available Time is a great way to enjoy Paramonte on a spur of the moment basis.
  
  If the weather indicates a great "powder day," drop in for a couple of ski days. Have an unexpected break from work? Come up for a week of relaxation. Spent the whole day fishing or skiing in the area and don't feel like driving home? Use your Space Available Time. Just like a second home, a Paramonte Residence is available when you want it.
